Comments In the absence of specific 'tramway' buttons, it is likely that Dover Corporation used this unusual municipal-device button for its tram staff. The town's arms were never officially registered with the College of Heralds, so are technically a 'device' — they show the patron saint of Dover, St Martin (on horseback), dividing a cloak with his sword to give to a poor man outside the City of Amiens.
