Comments The corporation department responsible for operating the trams was renamed 'Northampton Corporation Transport' in 1931, with newly liveried tramcars after this date receiving the new fleet name. Tramcar staff would therefore almost certainly have been issued with uniforms bearing Pattern 2 buttons from 1931/32 onwards.
